Setiap kita pasti pernah merasakan kasih Tuhan dan mengalami pertolongan Tuhan dalam hidupnya, namun hari-hari ini Tuhan mau supaya kita belajar menempatkan hal-hal yang penting dalam hidup kita. Hal penting yang melebihi semua masalah dan pergumulan kita setiap harinya. Hal penting apa yang Tuhan mau ada dalam hidup kita? Itu adalah Pujian dan Penyembahan bagi Tuhan. Yoh 4 : 23 mengatakan “Bapa menghendaki penyembah-penyembah yang demikian”.

Bapa mencari penyembah-penyembah, bukan kita saja yang mencari Tuhan, tapi Tuhan pun menghendaki demikian. Itulah sebabnya dalam Kisah Para Rasul 15 : 16 – 17, Tuhan hendak memulihkan pondok Daud. Ayat-ayat sebelumnya di kitap Kisah Para Rasul 15, menceritakan tentang pertentangan para rasul tentang keselamatan bangsa-bangsa bukan Yahudi, namun saat pondok Daud dipulihkan, maka bangsa-bangsa yang tidak mengenal Allah, bangsa-bangsa yang bukan Yahudi akan dayang menyembah Tuhan.

1.       Pondok Daud

Setelah dibangun Tabernakel Musa maka Tabut Allah diletakkan disana. Tabut Allah yang melambangkan kehadiran Allah sendiri sangatlah penting untuk bangsa Israel, kemanapun bangsa Israel pergi berperang Tabut Allah selalu dibawa dan bangsa Israel pasti mengalami kemenangan. Namun saat bangsa Israel sudah tidak taat lagi pada Tuhan, maka Tuhan mengijinkan Tabut Allah direbut oleh bangsa Filistin. Pada masa Raja Saul, Tabut Allah tidak dipedulikan, tetapi saat Daud menjadi raja, maka kerinduan hati Daud untuk tetap dekat dengan Tabut Allah. Itulah sebabnya Raja Daud mendirikan sebuah pondok/kemah di Yerusalem sebagai tempat diletakkannya Tabut Allah, sehingga Tabut Allah tidak lagi dibawa ke bukit Gibeon. Sebelum Tabut Allah dibawa ke Pondok Daud, selama 20 tahun, Tabut Allah berada di rumah Abinadab, namun selama Tabut Allah ada di rumah Abinadab, Alkitab tidak mencatat ada sesuatu yang luar biasa terjadi pada keluarga Abinadab. Malahan satu anaknya, Uza, mati karena memegang Tabut Allah yang akan jatuh dari kereta. Setelah itu, Tabut Allah ditaruh di rumah Obed Edom selama 3 bulan dan Alkitab mencatat, Obed Edom dan seisi rumahnya diberkati oleh Tuhan. Sejak saat itu nama Obed Edom dan keturunannya tercatat di Alkitab, pribadi yang rela melakukan apa saja dalam rumah Tuhan agar bisa dekat dengan Tabut Allah. Semua kita mengakui bahwa kita pernah merasakan kasih Tuhan dan mengalami pertolongan-Nya dalam hidup kita, setiap kita pun oleh iman kepada karya salib mengakui bahwa Tuhan ada dalam hidup kita, namun pertanyaannya bagi kita adalah “Dimana kita menaruh kehadiran Tuhan dalam hidup kita?” Apakah kita seperti Abinadab yang menganggap biasa kehadiran Tuhan dalam hidup kita? Ataukah kita seperti Obed Edom yang menghormati kehadiran Tuhan dalam hidup kita, menempatkan Tuhan pada Posisi yang terutama sehingga kehadiran Tuhan nyata dalam hidup kita. Daud adalah pribadi yang sangat mencintai Tuhan. Hatinya menyembah Tuhan. Itulah sebabnya Tuhan berkata tentang Daud “ Aku telah mendapat Daud bin Isaim seorang yang berkenan di hati-Ku dan yang melakukan segala kehendak-Ku”. Daud bukanlah orang yang sempurna, namun Daud sangat mengasihi Tuhan dan memiliki hati yang memuji dan menyembah Tuhan serta melakukan kehendak Tuhan. Orang yang masuk dalam kehendak Tuhan adalah prang yang mengenal hati Tuhan. Hidup yang mengenal kehendak Tuhan pastilah membawa dampak pada orang lain.

2.       Mengapa Pondok Daud Disenangi Tuhan?

Hal yang membuat Tuhan sangat menyenangi pondok Daud karena di pondok Daud ada pujian penyembahan selama 24 jam. Saat kita datang, memuji dan menyembah Tuhan, itu bukan artinya kita buat tahta untuk Tuhan, tapi bentuk penghormatan kita pada Tuhan. Kita harus mengubah cara berpikir kita bahwa kita datang beribadah pada Tuhan untuk mendapatkan sesuatu, tapi ibadah kita adalah bentuk penghargaan kita pada Tuhan. Kita sudah menerima semua yang baik dari Tuhan, sampai dimana korban yang kita berikan pada Tuhan?

Kita harus menyadari bahwa tanoa kehadiran Tuhan, semuanya sia-sia. Bangun kemah hidup kita selama kita hidup di dunia ini, biarlah selalu ada pujian dan penyembahan dalam hidup kita. Tuhan cari hati yang menyembah-Nya. Tidak ada mezbah tanpa korban. Bawa korban pujian dan penyembahan kita pada Tuhan. Seperti Abraham yang suka bangun mezbah, begitu juga Yakub.

Ada beberapa hal yang dapat kita pelajari saat Tuhan berbicara dengan perempuan samaria di tepi sumur dalam Yohanes 4 : 23 “Tetapi saatnya akan datang dan sudah tiba sekarang, bahwa penyembah-penyembah benar akan menyembah Bapa dalam Roh dan kebenaran; sebab Bapa mengehendaki penyembah-penyembah demikian”.

-          Kita harus datang dengan status “anak”.

-       Menyembah dalam Roh; menyembah dalam Roh dan dalam bahasa Roh. Saat kita berbahasa Roh, maka kita membangun diri kita. Menyembah juga bisa dengan lagu/pujian paten yang diciptakan atau mazmur, yang adalah nyanyian baru yang kita nyanyikan dengan spontan.

- Dalam kebenaran; berdasarkan kebenaran Firman Tuhan dan kehidupan penyembahnya yang sesuai dengan kebenaran Firman.

 

Biarlah kehidupan kita menjadi seperti pondok Daud, selalu ada pujian dan penyembahan bagi Tuhan dan saat hati Tuhan disenangkan kemurahan Tuhan dicurahkan atas kita. Kehendak dan renanya di nyatakan dalam hidup kita dan kita menjadi orang yang berdampak bagi orang lain. Amin.

Acts 15: 16-17

Each of us must have felt the love of God and experience God's help in life, but these days the Lord wants us to learn to put things that are important in our lives. It is important that exceeds all of our problems and struggles every day. It is important what God wants in our lives? It is a praise and worship to God. John 4: 23 says "the Father wants such worshipers".

Father seeking worshipers, instead we are looking for God, but God had willed so. That is why in Acts 15: 16-17, God wanted to restore the tabernacle of David. Previous verses Kitap Acts 15, the Apostles tells of disagreement about the safety of the Gentile nations, but when the tabernacle of David restored, then the nations who do not know God, the nations of the Gentiles be ladies worship the Lord.

1. Tabernacle of David

After the Tabernacle Moses built the Ark of God put there. Ark of God which symbolized God's presence is important to the people of Israel, wherever the Israelites to go to war always brought the Ark of God and Israel surely be victorious. But when the nation of Israel is no longer obedient to God, then God allowed the Ark of God was captured by the Philistines. At the time of King Saul, the Ark of God is ignored, but when David became king, David's heart desire to stay close to the Ark of God. That is why King David built a cabin / tent in Jerusalem as a place laid the Ark of God, so that the Ark of God is no longer taken to the hill Gibeon. Before the Ark of God was brought to the cottage of David, for 20 years, the Ark of God is in the house of Abinadab, but as long as the Ark of God is in the house of Abinadab, the Bible does not record anything extraordinary happens in families Abinadab. In fact, one son, Uzzah, died holding the Ark of God that will fall off the wagon. After that, the Ark of God is placed in the house of Obed Edom for 3 months and the Bible records, Obed Edom and all his household were blessed by God. Since then the name of Obed Edom, and his descendants recorded in the Bible, the one willing to do anything in the house of God in order to be close to the Ark of God. All of us recognize that we never felt the love of God and experience His help in our lives, each of us was by faith in the work of the cross to admit that God is in our lives, but the question for us is "Where do we put God's presence in our lives?" Are we as usual assume Abinadab God's presence in our lives? Or are we like Obed Edom honor the presence of God in our lives, putting God on the position that the presence of God was evident especially in our lives. David is the one who loves God. His heart is to worship God. That is why God says of David, "I've got a bin Isaim David a man after my heart and do all my will." David was not a perfect person, but David loved the Lord and had a heart of praise and worship God and do God's will. People who fall into the will of God is to know God's heart stamps. Life is to know God's will surely have an impact on others.

2. Why God favored David cottage?

It makes God so loved the tabernacle of David, because David was praise worship cottage for 24 hours. When we arrived, praise and worship God, it is not meant we made the throne to God, but in honor us of God. We must change our thinking that we come to worship God to get something, but we worship is a form of appreciation to God. We've received all the good of God, to which we give to victims of the Lord?

We must realize that God's presence Tanoa, all to no avail. Build camp life while we live in this world, let it always be praise and worship in our lives. God is looking for hearts that worship Him. There is no altar, no casualties. Take our sacrifice of praise and worship to God. As Abraham who likes waking up the altar, as well as Jacob.

There are some things we can learn when the Lord spoke to women of Samaria at the well in John 4: 23 "But the hour is coming, and now is, when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father mengehendaki worshipers so ".

- We have to come up with a status of "child".

- Worship in Spirit; worship in Spirit and in tongues. When we speak in tongues, then we build ourselves. Worship can also track / praise patents created or psalm, which is a new song that we sing spontaneously.

- In truth, by the Word of God and the worshipers of life according to the Word.



Let our lives be like the tabernacle of David, there is praise and worship to God, and God is pleased when the heart of God's grace poured out on us. Renanya in the state will and our lives and we become an impact for others. Amen.
